ARTICULO 15. Cuando existan Inspecciones de Policía Departamentales, Intendenciales o Comisariales dentro de áreas de jurisdicción de las Municipales, la competencia de estas últimas será preferente, sin perjuicio de que el Concejo Municipal reduzca su jurisdicción territorial a fin de permitir la colaboración de aquéllas.
