Artículo segundo. El servicio enunciado en el artículo anterior será prestado a través de Centrales de Riesgos, a cuyo cargo estará el registro de datos, su actualización y manejo, de conformidad con las disposiciones del presente Decreto. Para que un comerciante pueda inscribirse en la Central de Riesgos deberá hallarse legalmente matriculado en la Cámara. de Comercio correspondiente.
