El Ministerio de Guerra procederá a formar una lista del personal del Ejército que asistió a las acciones de armas ocurridas en la frontera amazónica en el reciente conflicto con el Perú, con indicación de los respectivos grados, lugar de nacimiento de cada individuo, y detalle de los muertos y heridos. Esta lista se publicará en el Diario Oficial y por hojas que se hará llegar a todos los Municipios de la República.
