Art. 93. La descarga i conduccion a las Aduanas de las mercadreías que se importen a la Union, el arrumaje i despacho de ellas hasta ponerlas a disposicion de sus dueños o consignatarios en cada una de las Aduanas, se hará bajo la direccion de los respectivos empleados nacionales, pero por cuenta de los interesados.
