Art. 633. Se llama persona jurídica , una persona ficticia, capaz de ejercer derechos i contraer obligaciones civiles, i de ser representada judicial i estrajudicialmente.

Las personas jurídicas son de dos especies: corporaciones i fundaciones de beneficencia pública.

Hai personas jurídicas que participan de uno i otro carácter.
