Hecho y aprobado el avalúo y consignado el precio en el Juzgado, el Juez dicta sentencia de adjudicación de bienes a favor del demandante, la que debe inscribirse en el libro o libros de registro correspondientes.
Si entre las partes hay acuerdo en cuanto a plazo para el pago total o parcial de precio, el Juez lo hace constar así en el acto respectivo.
