Elección del presidente de juntas y consejos. Las juntas o los consejos a los que se refiere el artículo 64 de la Ley 962 de 2005, cuya presidencia estaba asignada por disposición legal o reglamentaria al Ministro de Educación Nacional o a su representante o delegado, procederán a elegir de entre sus miembros, por períodos anuales, a quien deba en adelante presidir el respectivo consejo o junta, salvo en aquellos casos en los que por disposición expresa de la norma que regula el respectivo consejo o junta se disponga algo diferente.
