º . Para afiliarse a una Junta de Vivienda Comunitaria se requiere que ningún miembro del núcleo familiar sea propietario de vivienda.

Parágrafo

Al interior de la Junta de Vivienda Comunitaria cada familia designará un representante de entre sus miembros, con derecho a voz y voto.
