En el caso que contempla el artículo 36 de la Ley 89 de 1890 , el Cabildo de indígenas presentara el censo al Prefecto de la Provincia dentro de los quince días siguientes al de su aprobación, y este lo elevara, con el debido informe, al Gobernador del Departamento, dentro de los quince días siguientes al en que lo haya recibido. Para el examen y aprobación definitiva del censo de cada parcialidad, con las enmiendas precisas y justificables, tendrá el Gobernador del

Departamento el término de quince días.
