º El procedimiento seguido para el control automático de constitucionalidad de los decretos de estado de sitio, tendrá carácter reservado, con excepción de la sentencia. La Sala Constitucional adoptará sus decisiones por mayoría de votos, según certificación de su Presidente, sin que haya necesidad de indicar el nombre de los magistrados que aprobaron la ponencia, ni los de los disidentes.
