Para poder acceder a la prima establecida en este decreto, los miembros del Congreso que en la actualidad tengan asignados vehículos oficiales deberán entregarlos a los respectivos Secretarios Generales del Senado y Cámara de Representantes, quienes deberán elevar un acta de recibo en la cual consten la identificación del vehículo, sus accesorios y el estado general en que se encuentren.
