Para efecto de la elección del representante de los contralores distritales y municipales de que trata el numeral 3° del artículo 1° de este decreto, el contralor departamental, en su calidad de Presidente de la Comisión Seccional de Carrera que funcionará en cada departamento, convocará a los contralores distritales y municipales, con una antelación no inferior a veinte (20) días hábiles. Dicha convocatoria se publicará en un lugar visible de la contraloría departamental hasta el día de la elección y copia de ella se enviará a cada uno de los contralores distritales y municipales.
