Las sumas destinadas para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley, como cooperación de la Nación a las obras en referencia, serán incluidas en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, o en los sucesivos, y si así no se hiciere, queda facultado el Gobierno para abrir los créditos necesarios o para efectuar los traslados indispensables con el fin de dar cumplimiento a lo en esta Ley señalado.
