º Si se dan las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 103 del Decreto extraordinario 294 de 1973, el mayor valor de las ventas se destinará en primer lugar a la apertura de créditos adicionales para el servicio de los Títulos de Ahorro Nacional. En el evento de que el reaforo de rentas no fuere suficiente, el Gobierno Nacional incluirá las partidas necesarias en el presupuesto de 1984.
