Los funcionarios de las actuales plantas de personal de los Ministerios de Comercio Exterior y de Desarrollo Económico, continuarán ejerciendo las funciones y atribuciones a ellos asignadas, hasta tanto sea adoptada e incorporados a la planta de personal del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior.
