Nacionalízase el Colegio Departamental de Señoritas que funciona en la ciudad de El Banco, Departamento del Magdalena, el cual desde la vigencia de la presente Ley llevará el nombre de Colegio Femenino de Segunda Enseñanza, "Lorencita Villegas de Santos", en homenaje a la extinta Primera Dama de la Nación.
