Los Inspectores Residentes tendrán, a juicio del Gobierno, un Escribiente Ayudante, con la asignación mensual de doscientos pesos ($ 200) y viáticos a razón de dos pesos ($ 2) diarios. Para el pago de los viáticos será preciso el visto bueno del Inspector Residente.
