Dentro de los primeros quince (15) días del cada mes, los Notarios deberán remitir a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, al Fondo Nacional del Notariado, al Colegio de Notarios y a las entidades de seguridad o previsión social, los recaudos, aportes, y cuotas, según el caso, correspondientes al mes inmediatamente anterior. La demora en la remisión o el incumplimiento de esta obligación dentro del mes, los hará acreedores, a las sanciones disciplinarias a que haya lugar.
