Etapa de entrega de la ayuda humanitaria o de intervención inmediata. En la etapa de entrega de la ayuda humanitaria o de intervención inmediata, se deberá materializar la oferta para la atención inmediata y se adelantarán misiones humanitarias de atención y seguimiento, así como el acompañamiento de los actores intervinientes para garantizar las medidas dirigidas a la población víctima de confinamiento, de conformidad con el parágrafo 3º del artículo 47 de la Ley 1448 de 2011, modificado por el artículo 19 de la Ley 2421 de 2024.

Cuando las entidades territoriales (municipio y departamento), habiendo adelantado el CTJT, identifiquen no contar con la garantía de condiciones de seguridad para adelantar el proceso de entrega o intervención directa, comunicarán a la secretaría técnica del Comité Técnico de Articulación para lo respectivo.
