La Nación contribuirá con la cantidad de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200,000) para la celebración del cuarto centenario de la fundación de la ciudad de Tunja. Esta cantidad será pagada por partes iguales en las tres vigencias próximas y directamente a la Gobernación de Boyacá, para que esta entidad la distribuya de acuerdo con la Junta compuesta por el Gobernador, el Director Departamental de Higiene, el Alcalde, el Personero y el presidente del Concejo.
