Los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares hasta el grado de Coronel o Capitán de Navío, inclusive, con título de Oficial de Estado Mayor, tendrá derecho a una prima mensual de Estado Mayor correspondiente al veinte por ciento (20%) del sueldo básico, mientras permanezca en servicio activo.
