Ámbito de aplicación. Lo dispuesto en este capítulo aplicará para todos los organismos y entidades que conforman la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional que, dentro de su oferta institucional, cuenten con trámites y servicios que hagan parte de la cadena de facilitación de la Inversión Extranjera Directa. Para efectos del presente capítulo, se entiende como cadena de facilitación todo trámite o servicio relacionado con la atracción, realización y retención de inversiones extranjeras directas en Colombia.
