amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 258 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, constituirá el Capítulo Noveno del Código Nacional de Tránsito, el cual quedará así:

Caducidad

Artículo 258. La acción por contravenciones de las normas de tránsito caduca en seis (6) meses y se interrumpe con la audiencia.
