REVOCACIÓN DEL AUTO QUE ORDENÓ EL ARCHIVO DE LAS DILIGENCIAS EN LA INDAGACIÓN PRELIMINAR. El auto que ordena el archivo de las diligencias en la indagación preliminar podrá ser revocado, siempre que aparezcan nuevas pruebas que desvirtúen los fundamentos que sirvieron de base para proferirlo. La revocatoria puede hacerse por quien profirió el auto de archivo o por el superior con atribuciones disciplinarias.
