El empleado puede solicitar por escrito permiso remunerado hasta por tres (3) días cuando medie justa causa. Corresponde al Presidente de la Empresa o a quien él delegue, autorizar o negar los permisos de acuerdo con lo que sobre la materia establezca la Empresa.
