El artículo 16 del Decreto legislativo número 2317 de 1953, quedará así: Las sociedades colectivas, en comandita simple, de responsabilidad limitada y cualquiera otra distinta de las anónimas y en comandita por acciones, pagarán un impuesto del tres por ciento (3%) sobre su renta líquida gravable.
