º Adiciónase el Decreto-ley 1888 de 1989 con el siguiente artículo: Artículo 9 º Bis. En general constituye falta disciplinaria el incumplimiento de los deberes, la infracción de incompatibilidades y la incursión en las inhabilidades y prohibiciones establecidas en la Constitución y la ley.
