Declárase de utilidad pública y de interés social la adquisición de las zonas de terreno que cualquier entidad de derecho público necesite para la construcción o ampliación de aeródromos, y declárase exentos de derechos de aduana, bodegaje y giros, los equipos, maquinarias y enseres que estas mismas entidades introduzcan para el fin ya anotado y los capitales que se inviertan en su adquisición.
