ARTICULO 5o . Adiciónase el artículo 2.4.5.2.3 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con el siguiente

Parágrafo

En el evento de que la participación privada en el capital de la Financiera Energética Nacional, FEN, supere el 10%, la Asamblea General de Accionistas podrá nombrar uno o más representantes de tales accionistas en la Junta Directiva de la Financiera, de acuerdo con su participación accionaria".
