Concepto Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Defensa . Para ascender en la jerarquía militar, desde Subteniente o Teniente de Corbeta hasta los grados de Brigadier General o Contralmirante inclusive, además de los requisitos establecidos en el Título II, Capítulo III del Decreto 1211 de 1990, y en los artículos pertinentes de este Decreto se deberá contar con el concepto favorable de la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Defensa.
