Para el repartimiento de los negocios en la Corte se observan las reglas siguientes:

1º Se agrupan los negocios por clases.

2º Cada uno de esos grupos se reparte por turno, siguiendo entre los respectivos Magistrados el orden alfabético de apellidos; y

3º En el expediente respectivo se debe poner una nota, con expresión de la fecha del repartimiento y el nombre del Magistrado a quien se adjudica, firmada por el Presidente y el Secretario.
