Artículo cuarto. La autoridad que dispusiere el pago de remuneración contraviniendo las prescripciones del presente Decreto, será responsable de los valores indebidamente pagados y estará sujeta a las sanciones fiscales, administrativas, penales y civiles previstas en la ley. La Contraloría General de la República velará por el cumplimiento de esta disposición. Los docentes no podrán percibir remuneración diferente a la que tengan derecho en aplicación del presente Decreto.
