Autorícese al Gobierno Nacional para incluir en el Presupuesto General de la Nación las apropiaciones necesarias para vincularse y concurrir con otras instancias de cofinanciación a la conmemoración de esta efeméride educativa, así como para la ejecución de inversiones de interés general que se requieran, entre las que se encuentran:
