Indemnización por disminución de la capacidad sicofísica. El alumno de las Escuelas de Formación que sea dado de baja por disminución de su capacidad sicofísica adquirida en actos relacionados con el servicio, tendrá derecho a que el Tesoro Público le pague por una sola vez, una indemnización , de acuerdo con el Reglamento respectivo así

Alférez, Guardiamarina o Pilotín, la que corresponda al cincuenta por ciento (50%) del sueldo básico de un Subteniente o Teniente de Corbeta.

Los demás alumnos de las Escuelas de Formación de Oficiales, la que corresponda al treinta por ciento (30%) del sueldo básico de un Subteniente o Teniente de Corbeta.
