El que desee que por la justicia se deslinde el predio en el cual tiene el dominio u otro derecho real principal de que está en posición regular, y se fijen mojones que señalen los linderos, debe presentar demanda acompañada del correspondiente título y de las demás pruebas en que funde su derecho.
