El Gobierno Nacional reglamentara los requisitos para la obtención de la Matrícula profesional de Tecnólogos en esta ley contemplados; en todo caso se exigirá la presentación del original del título obtenido en su respectiva especialidad, en una universidad, institución universitaria o escuela tecnología e institución tecnología, legalmente aprobada por el ICFES y/o CESU.
