En caso de disolución del sindicato de trabajadores que haya sido parte de un contrato sindical, los trabajadores continuarán prestando sus servicios en las condiciones estipuladas, mientras dure la vigencia del contrato. La caución que haya prestado el sindicato disuelto subsistirá para garantizar las obligaciones de los respectivos trabajadores.
