Ninguna autoridad podrá autorizar o fijar asignaciones salariales mensuales que superen el monto máximo establecido en el presente decreto, en concordancia con lo establecido en el artículo 12 de la Ley 4ª de 1992. Cualquier disposición en contrario carecerá de todo efecto y no creará derechos adquiridos.
