Modificación Del Parágrafo Del Artículo 18 Del Decreto 515 De 2004

Decreto 1024 de 2009 · por medio del cual se reglamenta parcialmente el artículo 230 de la Ley 100 de 1993 para asegurar la continuidad en el aseguramiento y en la prestación del servicio público de salud en el régimen subsidiado y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Parágrafo

del artículo 18 del Decreto 515 de 2004 quedará así: “

Parágrafo

La Entidad Promotora de Salud del Régimen Subsidiado que se haya retirado voluntariamente del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, será objeto de la revocatoria parcial de la habilitación en el departamento en el cual se encuentra ubicado el municipio del que se retira, por el término de tres (3) años contados a partir de la ejecutoria del acto administrativo de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud”.
