Para efecto de las Asambleas Generales de las Cajas de Compensación Familiar son miembros o afiliados hábiles aquellos que al momento de la celebración de la reunión ordinaria o extraordinaria se hallen en el pleno goce de los derechos que su calidad les otorga, de conformidad con la ley y los estatutos de la respectiva corporación y se encuentren en paz y salvo con ésta por todo concepto.
