ARTICULO 8o . Procuraduría delegada en lo penal . La Procuraduría delegada en lo penal continuará en la estructura de la Procuraduría General de la Nación. El Procurador General de la Nación designará los agentes que deban intervenir como sujetos procesales en las actuaciones penales de acuerdo con lo previsto en este código y dispondrá su integración de acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica de la Procuraduría.
