Articulo 32. Contra las providencias proferidas por la junta directiva o Aprobadas por ella, conforme a lo dispuesto en el presente acuerdo, cabe el Recurso de reposición, surtido el cual se entenderá agotada la vía gubernativa. Contra las providencias que dicte el gerente en los asuntos administrativos de su competencia solo procederá el recurso de reposición, surtido el cual se entenderá agotada la vía gubernativa.
