Articulo 8 º. Las pensiones causadas a 31 de diciembre de 1970, de cinco mil pesos ($5.000.00) o más, se reajustaran con cien pesos ($100.00) más un dos por ciento (2%) de su valor .La pensión reajustada será igual al ciento dos por ciento ($102%) del valor que tenía en 31 de diciembre de mil novecientos setenta (1970) más los cien pesos
