Serán sancionados los remitentes o generadores de la carga, las empresas de transporte terrestre automotor de carga habilitadas, los propietarios, poseedores o tenedores y conductores de vehículos de servicio público de carga, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Capítulo Noveno, artículos 45 y 46 de la Ley 336 de 1996 o la norma que la modifique o sustituya, cuando violen las disposiciones establecidas en el presente decreto.
