ARTICULO 17. PAGO DE DERECHOS, TASAS Y TARIFAS. En concordancia con lo establecido en el artículo 59 del Decreto 1900 de 1990 y en el artículo 3º, numeral 22 del Decreto 1901 de 1990. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones establecerá los derechos, tasas y tarifas que se deben pagar por las concesiones, permisos, autorizaciones en relación con el servicio de telefonía móvil celular, los registros de las redes correspondientes y por el uso de frecuencias radioeléctricas que se requieran.
