Art. 23. Las rentas y contribuciones públicas se liquidarán y cobrarán, y los gastos de igual clase se pagarán en moneda de oro ó su equivalente en papel-moneda, al tipo del cambio establecido en la presente Ley.

Parágrafo

Exceptúase de esta disposición el recaudo de las rentas y contribuciones cuyo pago ordene expresamente se haga en oro.
