Las Primas de que tratan los artículos 2º, 3º y 4º de este decreto reemplazan en su totalidad y dejan sin efecto las primas existentes en la actualidad, con excepción de la prima de navidad. Aquellas a que se refieren los artículos 3o. y 4o. de este decreto surten efectos fiscales a partir del 1o. de junio de 1992.
