Pago de deudas. Las deudas adquiridas por la A.I.C. EPS – I que no hayan sido pagadas con los recursos dispuestos para la transición hacia el Sistema Indígena de Salud Propia e Intercultural SISPI - CRIC definidos en el artículo 54.1 del presente decreto, deberán estar saldadas por dicha entidad o quien haga sus veces a la fecha de la puesta en funcionamiento del SISPI del Territorio Indígena conformado por el CRIC.
