El Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural determinará la áreas de aplicación, los productos y los montos de los incentivos y apoyos directos para los productores agropecuarios y pesqueros a que se refieren los artículos anteriores en relación al área productiva o a sus volúmenes de producción, previo concepto del Consejo Nacional Agropecuario y Agroindustrial.
