Votase la partida de seis mil pesos ($ 6,000) para el cumplimiento de esta Ley, suma que distribuirá el Ministerio de Instrucción y Salubridad Públicas, a su juicio.

El Gobierno, dentro de la partida que se asigne al delegado que va de Colombia, podrá utilizar sus servicios en los asuntos relacionados con el Ministerio de Instrucción y Salubridad Públicas,
